Who Started American Outreach Foundation?
Oscar Llort relocated to the U.S. from Europe with his family in the early 1990s after a rewarding early professional career.
Seeing a gap in government support for disabled individuals, Oscar began American Outreach Foundation to assist those suffering from any kind of impairment.
AOF began by providing durable medical equipment (DME) to the disabled population (veterans, low-income families, and seniors).
